Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us with a picture within 48 hours. We can discuss from there the best course of action. If the item is damaged or lost because of USPS, we will work with you to open a case and figure out the issue. An item being damaged or lost as a result of shipping is not immediate grounds for a refund or a product replacement.
